Summer Remnants

When I wake up in the mornings these days, I am SO MAD that it's cold and dark.  When I look at the weather forecast and see a high temperature of 61 degrees, it makes me SO ANGRY.  Then I remember that it is October after all.  I am still living in the delusion that it is still summer.  I still want to be hanging out doing stuff like this:

The king and queen of In-n-Out Burger

And the kings and queens of silly hats.

Visiting Tracy Aviary and making weird new friends.

And consoling our lack of camping trips this summer with a night of campfire.

There. Now maybe summer will feel more complete.  It better feel complete, seeing as how we have pumpkins sitting on our front porch already.
